The summer has come - a great reason to slightly restructure your daily diet and introduce products into it that will help the body adapt to the maximum in hot weather.
Russian nutritionists are convinced of this, who strongly recommend that residents of the Russian Federation fall in love with trips to farmers' markets and outlets with organic food.
The fact is that it is precisely these farm products such as berries, fruits, herbs and vegetables that will help not only compensate the body for the loss of moisture and vitamins on hot days, but also provide Russians with antioxidants that have a beneficial effect on immunity.
As Margarita Koroleva, an expert in personalized medicine issues, notes, the diet from the garden can be quite varied, balanced and not boring if you approach it creatively. For example, you can make fresh vegetables and greens, which, by the way, will be much more useful than freshly squeezed fruit juices.
“The fact is that sweet freshly squeezed juices slow down the digestive system and provoke fermentation processes in the intestines,” says Koroleva. “But vegetable and salad fresh juices will make up for the lack of moisture during the heat and supply the body with the necessary minerals!”
It will not be superfluous to note that experienced organic farming experts recommend that Russians opt for fresh vegetables and fruits that are free from skin damage, rot, spoilage and other deviations.
It is important to understand that seasonal fruits grown in the same area where the consumer lives are best suited for preparing fraces. Moreover, the cost of seasonal products of local origin is always significantly lower than those goods that were brought from abroad or are not typical for the current time of the year.
