Specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation prepared a whole package of changes for the existing process of passing the technical inspection of various types of agricultural special equipment. In particular, we are talking about inspection of self-propelled vehicles.
Data on the corresponding initiative was published on the page of the state website of regulatory legal documents, where the bill will be subjected to careful review by the public and collective discussion.
Based on the basis of the new project, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation intends to delete the mandatory procedure for providing an insurance policy from the established procedure for passing technical inspection of self-propelled vehicles. The proposed changes are related to changes in the Federal Law, which provides for compulsory insurance of civil liability of various types of transport owners.
It is noteworthy that today the provision of compulsory motor third-party liability insurance policy during the inspection is an indispensable procedure. It will not be superfluous to note that employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation also intend to introduce a mandatory inspection before the registration process of self-propelled vehicles. Today, such a procedure is not spelled out in the regulations.
