Repeatedly fill the beans with water, bring to a boil and simmer until cooked. 10-15 minutes before being cooked, salt. Boiled beans are thrown into a colander and left to drain. Blanched beans
Blanching is a short-term treatment with boiling water. Since the heat treatment is not long (no more than 3 minutes), the shell of raw seeds will not have time to soften. As a result, it turns out that raw fruits will be frozen, so blanching, as a processing option, is not suitable for bean seeds.
