During the criminal proceedings on the theft of large volumes of seeds and fertilizers from farms in Odessa and Nikolaev regions, law enforcement agencies conducted a series of searches in 3 villages of the Bolgradsky district. As a result of these measures, weapons, ammunition and stolen seeds were seized from the suspects, as reported by the Odessa region police press service.
Police officers received information that some residents of the Bolgradsky district may store prohibited items and stolen property. Investigators, police and special forces organized 30 authorized searches in the villages of Aleksandrovka, Vinogradovka and Dmitrievka.
