Ukrainian agricultural producers have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the cannabis growing industry of various specializations in North America.
Travelite invites you to take part in the “hemp tour” in the United States, which will be held from September 15 to 21, 2019. This is stated in the Travelite press release.
“Tour participants will visit regions actively developing the hemp industry and using modern technologies for growing this culture. They will also get acquainted with the 3 types of hemp HTC, CBD and ordinary industrial hemp, see the stage of seed production, find out the differences in the processing of industrial and medical hemp, ”says the organizer Roman Grinishin.
As part of the hemp tour, participants will visit companies that provide agro-technical services to hemp farmers in the region.
A visit to Hemp Oil Canada, Canada’s first cannabis seed oil processing facility, is also planned. Processors work directly with farmers who grow this crop, control the storage process, test it, and only then send it to production workshops.
The tour program also includes excursions to the processing capacity of hemp for the manufacture of tissue and edible oil in the United States.
“In parallel with the production of hemp, the Ukrainian delegation will familiarize itself with the technologies for growing wheat, other grains, corn, soybeans and rapeseed, as these crops are in crop rotation with hemp,” said Roman Grishishin.
And finally, Travelite organizers plan to show how the modern service of combining, analyzing and processing all the data from the fields and equipment used in precision farming - Farmers Edge - works.
