Analysts at Russian beekeeping concluded that the total death of bee families in the country this year could have been triggered not only due to the uncontrolled use of aggressive insecticides and herbicides on agricultural fields.
So, experts, analyzing the situation, suggested that climatic conditions can also be blamed. In particular - earlier the onset of spring this year.
Such information was shared by representatives of the public relations department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the department emphasized that the early spring, together with the elevated air temperature in the fields, provoked the ultra-fast development of all kinds of field pests and the birth of new generations with a short break.
Based on information released by employees of the Federal Center for the Study of Beekeeping, the abundant dominance of insects and other organisms forced farmers to use more aggressive substances in the process of confronting pests.
Most of these drugs are very dangerous for lunatic bees. However, farmers did not take this into account. It is reported that professionals continue to understand the situation.
