According to the staff of the Department of Technology of Meat, Dairy Products and Chemistry of the Faculty of Food Technologies of the Bashkir State Agrarian University, they managed to develop a unique food composition based on raw materials from mare’s milk.
This milk, which is part of koumiss, is very popular among residents of Eastern Russia and is an extremely nutritious and healthy product. Having studied its properties, scientists were able to invent a whole series of dairy products, which are not only a delicious addition to the daily diet, but also a beneficial component affecting the performance of various functions in the human body.
The base, on which the dairy products of Bashkir scientists rely, consists of mare's milk from Bashkir horses, as well as cow and milk powder with the addition of yoghurt sourdough. In addition to these ingredients, the products contain vitamins and minerals necessary for the daily diet, designed to promote the normal implementation of biochemical and physiological processes in the human body.
A unique dairy product also claims amino acids and polyunsaturated fats, which are easily absorbed through the human intestine.
The bactericidal properties of products developed by the best minds of the Department of Technology of Meat, Dairy Products and Chemistry of the Faculty of Food Technologies of the Bashkir State Agrarian University, allow dairy delicacies to exert an overwhelming effect on the pathogenic microflora. Among other useful properties of the products, inhibition of the development of tuberculous bacteria is noted.
