On December 5, at the Novoelovsky poultry factory in the Talmen region, the Altai Zakromi holding launched a workshop for the production of feed for poultry. This is stated in the message of the Office of the Altai Territory for food, processing, pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology.
According to the administration of the enterprise, the purpose of the construction of the workshop is to reduce the cost of finished products. From now on, soybeans and grain will be processed here and there is its own feed production line. Raw materials for feed come from fields belonging to the Altai Bins holding.
The launch of the workshop will completely cover the feed requirements of the enterprise. Its capacity is designed to produce 450 tons of extruded full-fat soy and about 600 tons of extruded wheat per month.

The implementation of the project took 13 months, and investments amounted to 40 million rubles. It is expected that he will fully pay for himself after 4 years of work. The launch of the feed production workshop will open 16 jobs for local residents.
This year, the holding planned to equip another 2 new houses with 25 seats each. The first of them was put into operation on October 10, and the second will begin to function from the end of December. This will help increase the production of poultry meat by 500 tons per year, and the total production volume will be equal to 6 tons.
