Very soon, from March 12 to March 15, 2019, Moscow will host the unique World Exhibition “Modern Bakery / Modern Bakery Moscow”. Exhibitors look forward to this event and rightly call it the main event for Russian bakers and confectioners.It is noted that the guests at the exhibition will gather a variety of people - from students and curious farmers to professional bakers, pastry chefs, entrepreneurs and participants in the business sphere of catering.

Of course, it will not do without master classes. As part of one of them, an experienced and talented baker from France, Jose Pascal, will acquaint guests of the exposition with the intricacies of using all kinds of flour, including gluten-free and whole grain, in the process of manufacturing various products. Also, the French guest will tell Russian colleagues about his positive experience in molding and decorating products, which Jose uses in the baking process.
