A few days ago a workshop was held for farmers of Buryatia, as well as for representatives of the public catering sector, on the preparation of authentic sweets from local farm products.
In particular, the organizers of the event, relying on the budget allocated by the state authorities, showed confectioners how to cook a variety of sweets - 8 types of desserts with a rich history.
