Also, the experts of the Hydrometeorological Center found that the same satisfactory conditions for the winter finals and for the beginning of spring field work will also be formed in the south of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts. In the near future, winter vegetation will resume in these areas. The most comfortable way to start field work (both for people and plants) will be in the second half of March.

The agrometeorological conditions expected in the Asian territories of the Russian Federation in March 2019 also promise to be satisfactory.
