2019 has every chance to bring the Russian Federation to the honorary pedestal of world leaders in grain production.
The chairman of the Ministry of Agriculture of the country Dmitry Paturshev has no doubt about this. The Minister is convinced that the prerequisites for gaining leadership in the world grain market in Russia are more than significant.
Based on the statements of Dmitry Paturshev, the best friends and assistants of Russian grain producers on the way to superiority in the foreign market are favorable weather conditions. It is noteworthy that good climatic conditions, optimal air temperature and other weather factors will help employees of the Russian grain industry not only to meet domestic demand and provide high-quality cereals, animal feed and other products to domestic buyers, but also to gain a foothold in the coveted status of a world export leader.
It is important to add that preliminary data from experts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation indicate a potentially large-scale grain harvest in domestic fields this year.Presumably, at least 118 million tons of grain and leguminous crops will be collected from Russian fields. More accurate forecasts can be discussed only after the completion of the spring work on domestic fields.
