Students of the Annunciation Agrarian College, which is located in the Amur Region, will soon go to practice in Japan.
On the territory of the Land of the Rising Sun, Russian students will harvest in beds with tomatoes, helping experienced Japanese farmers to perform their daily tasks on an innovative eco-farm.
It is known that trainees from the Amur Region will work on the basis of an agricultural enterprise located in the province of Hokkaido. The start of practical work is scheduled for August 1, 2019.
It will not be out of place to note that the chance to work on Japanese tomato plantations was given to the five best students of the university, who throughout the year showed their creativity, ingenuity, love for agricultural business and a high level of professional knowledge.
It is important to add that accommodation of the Annunciation students in Japan and their transportation from the place of residence to the place of work is provided by the receiving party at their own expense. These conditions were agreed between representatives of the Japanese farm "Vadanouan" and the Amur Agricultural College.
According to the acting College Director Natalia Medvedeva, if the experience of student practice at a Japanese farm is successful, the agreement will be extended indefinitely.
The administration of the institution hopes that the best college students will practice on Japanese beds on an ongoing basis. This will allow them to get enormous experience, get acquainted with the advanced agricultural technologies that are widely used in Japan, and get a lot of impressions from the trip in general and work in particular.
