Pita bread is a product that can be combined with anything and made from it a wide variety of dishes that are suitable for absolutely any table: on a weekday for dinner, or for a gala festive evening. It can be served as an independent dish, and as a light meal, with sweet, meat or vegetable filling. Given the shape of the pita bread, rolls are especially good from it. Selection and preparation of ingredients
It is important to choose fresh and healthy vegetables, as well as monitor the condition of the mushrooms: they can not be stored for a long time, and when buying, you need to check that there are no inclusions and other changes on the leg and hat. . If more than one sheet is required, a thin one will do.
Mushroom Pita Recipes
There are a lot of recipes for such an appetizer, the most common and beloved ones are described below. Despite the variety, the final stage of preparation is common to all: a sheet of pita bread with a filling is folded into a tube. This is a very simple and easy way to create a mouth-watering dish.
With cheese

- Cut greens and champignons.
- Chop the onion and fry until golden.
- Add mushrooms, salt, mix and fry for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Take pita bread, distribute mayonnaise, put champignons on top.
- Cover with the next layer, cover again with sauce and put greens.
- Lay the third sheet, grease with dressing again and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Wrap the roll and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Important! It is better to cut pita bread with scissors to make a square or rectangle. So it will be easier to fold.
With egg

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Boil eggs in salt water.
- Defrost mushrooms, chop onion and fry until golden.
- On a fine grater, grate hard cheese and boiled eggs.
- Take a bowl and combine the eggs, mayonnaise, parsley and whole cheese in it. Mix.
- Grind prepared mushrooms with onions in a blender.
- Take pita bread and spread it evenly, grease with cheese and egg mass.
- Spread the mushroom mass and distribute it evenly.
- Twist the roll. Serve warm.

With tomatoes

- Grind the garlic, mix it with mayonnaise and spread on a sheet of pita bread, and lay on top lettuce leaves and tomato cut into rings.

- Spin the roll and put in the refrigerator to cool for an hour.
With ham

- Chop mushrooms and send them to fry for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, salt, sour cream and garlic in a separate plate.
- Roll out the sheet and grease with the resulting sauce.

- Grate hard cheese.
- Fold the roll into layers: honey mushrooms, onions, cheese, ham, eggs.
- Wrap tightly and set to cool for half an hour.

- Peel and boil the potatoes.
- Chop and fry the onions.
- Chop mushrooms, herbs, garlic.
- Drain the water from the boiled potato, leaving 50 ml.
- Mash it by adding the remaining water to it.
- Mix everything together in a separate container.
- Grease the first sheet of potato-mushroom sauce. Lay the second sheet on top and cover it with mashed potatoes.
- Twist the roll, cut into arbitrary pieces and fry in oil on each side for 2 minutes.
With chicken

- Wash and chop chanterelles and onions. Send to fry until golden brown.
- Thinly cut the meat so that it is easier to roll the roll.
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Spread pita bread and grease with soft cheese, sprinkle with hard.
- Cover with a second sheet, flatten and evenly put the chanterelles with chicken.
- Tightly roll up and leave to soak for an hour.
With crab sticks and onions

- Chop the onions and mushrooms, send to cook in a skillet until the liquid evaporates. Salt, leave to cool.
- Cut the crab meat into small cubes.
- Cut the greens.
- Flatten pita bread, spread with a portion of cream cheese and sprinkle with herbs.
- Cover the top with a second sheet, add all remaining products.
- Roll up the roll and send in the refrigerator for an hour.
Important! It should be left 10-12 cm from the edge of the pita unused. Thanks to this, it will be better to turn around and fix the whole roll well.
